9.1Verified guest“Breakfast had plenty of savoury options: fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes, and hot waffles. We'll definitely be back.”
9.1Verified guest“The best hotel in the historical part of Istanbul. Clean and comfortable, with architecture and design that harmoniously combine modern European and traditional Ottoman styles. The convenient location lets you walk to all the main attractions. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, with lots of authentic Turkish cold and hot snacks, a wide range of baked goods, and made-to-order porridge, eggs, omelettes, waffles, and Turkish tea. The beautifully decorated spa includes a swimming pool, hammam, saunas, and massage rooms. But the most important thing is the staff—friendly, responsive, always willing to help. You feel welcome here and want to return.”
9.1Verified guest“We had four days off with my husband. I loved everything! On arrival, we were treated to drinks at reception, and in the room there was a tray of Turkish delight on the bed. Every morning breakfast was made to order: omelette, eggs, pancakes, plus a variety of pastries and fresh orange juice. The breakfast staff were very attentive to each guest. Since it was my birthday, all the staff congratulated me at breakfast with a cake with candles and sparklers, free of charge—a lovely surprise. The room was cleaned daily, everything was spotless. We also enjoyed the spa in the evenings after dinner; it was almost empty. The pool is small with cool water, but after the sauna it's just right. There's a steam sauna, Finnish sauna, hammam, and massage room; near the spa counter there's a table with free fruit and drinks. The hotel also offers free baked goods during the day. On check-out we received small gifts. We dined at the hotel restaurant once; the rest of the time we ate around the city—there are restaurants on every corner. All sights are within 10 minutes, the Grand Bazaar 15 minutes. We used the trams—they cost 5 lira and cover all areas, more convenient and cheaper than taxis. Heating via air conditioning warms the room in minutes.”
9.1Verified guest“The location is ideal—in the heart of the city, right by Gülhane Park and the tram stop of the same name. It's a 5-minute walk to the railway station and waterfront. Around the hotel are plenty of great restaurants. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Water, tea, and capsule coffee are regularly replenished. Breakfast is tasty and filling; don't forget you can order eggs, omelette, porridge, waffles, pancakes, cappuccino, and latte in addition to the buffet. The staff are as friendly as possible. Gifts are given at check-out.”
9.1Verified guest“Last week, my daughter and I stayed 5 nights at this amazing hotel. The room was totally comfortable—bedding, pillows, air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. Every detail was thought through. The decoration is beautiful throughout. Cleaning is perfect. The location is unbeatable: sightseeing within a 5-minute walk, and transfers to the airport by tram. The street is full of restaurants, shops, and atmosphere, yet quiet. The staff were incredible—friendly, attentive to every detail, concerned for our well-being, always smiling, they make you feel special. For example, on International Women's Day we were welcomed with a red carnation at breakfast. We didn't have time to enjoy the spa, which we regret, but we saw it and it's a beautiful space. Without doubt, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I recommend it for couples, families, and groups of friends.”
